We believe bread should be wholesome, delicious and made with simple, natural ingredients that can be easily traced back to the very crops they came from. All of our breads and bagels are the product of a unique sprouting and baking process. Instead of grinding our wheat kernels into flour, we naturally sprout organic whole grains to retain all the life-giving nutrition and fiber of the entire living kernel. The sprouted grain is then mashed into dough to become the simple and delicious breads and bagels you enjoy.
We do not use any oil, artificial preservatives, additives, stabilizers, eggs, dairy or genetically modified anything. Silver Hills breads and bagels are vegan and kosher, and as an added bonus, packaged in bio-degradable bags. Because our products contain no artificial preservatives, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator or freezer once purchased.
